- Barbecue Sauce 1 cup
- Beef Sirloin Tip Steak 2 pounds

In a blender, mix Worcestershire sauce, salad dressing, garlic pepper seasoning and barbecue sauce. Blend for 25 to 30 seconds, so the marinade is well blended. Place the steaks in the marinade and cover it on all sides with the marinade Cool until steak is ready to be barbecued.
