Sun. April 1st, was fool's day, but there weren't any tricks happening at the Spirit Squad Banquet being held at TCF Bank Stadium (click 'book event'), just lots of support and congrats by the Spirit Squad, coaches, faculty, family and friends! This is an annual event that they hold every year for the squad to celebrate another great year in cheering and CRAVE Catering in Minneapolis was thrilled to participate in this event.
The event started out with some mingling followed by a short welcome and blessing for the food that WANT Catering made. The lunch consisted mainly of our famous CRAVE Salad with goat cheese and pine nuts, along with some artisan bread and lemon herb butter. Each guest had their selection of Chicken Wellington (with mushroom duzelle, fresh spinach, gruyere cheese, baked in a pastry puff), Fresh Atlantic Salmon (with Thai Chili Buerre Blanc sauce), or 3 Cheese Ravioli. 'Crave' Catering's Pastry Chef, Saras Langeslag made a selection of delicious mini cupcakes, and they used to be a hit! Many thanks were given to staff, about the wonderful service and food, by the guests.
Throughout lunch there were TV's and screens across the room to play back on competitions and sporting event shows by the Spirit Squad and when lunch was completed, the ceremony commenced with awards. The event was filled with fun and excitement, evenGoldy the Gopherand made an appearance.
Since 'Crave' Catering began, it has been lucky to work in a large spread of places with absolutely diverse menus. This actual event was one more sucessful partnership for CRAVE Catering and the people at 'Crave' Rest.. It would be great to hear from you, the readers, about some of your favorite venues that you've ever been to or ones you'd like to one day host an event in.
